          How many times have you made a new years resolution "This year, i am going to watch what i eat, lose some weight, work out" We all start out great, but lose interest very quickly and shortly thereafter life gets in the way and we tend to fall off the bandwagon. 

          I know i've been there lots- for over 10 years I go to bed each night with a goal the next morning to get up and work out, eat better and work on feeling better about myself and how I look. Most of the time i'll do great for a day or two, then nothing. The cravings start, and you eat more and more of what you enjoy, not realizing that you are eating empty carbs and putting the weight back on. And before you know it you are bigger than you first were and you don't feel good about yourself and instead of jumping back on the fitness bandwagon, you eat because you are upset with yourself- welcome to our never ending vicious circle. 

          I have a solution for you- I am currently on the Body By Vi Challenge, and have kept with it everyday since November 14, 2011. 

          My days go like this:
          A very yummy shake for breakfast
          A healthy mid morning snack
          A very yummy shake for lunch
          A healthy mid afternoon snack
          A healthy dinner
          An evening snack
          Lots of water throughout the day



           I am excited each day knowing that I am starting my day off right and boosting my body to work for the day. 

          My major cravings have stopped, my portion size has been cut in half, I feel fitter, and healthier than i have in years.  I invite you to check out the link below and if you are serious about wanting to stop the never ending circle to join our team and LETS ALL GET HEALTHY AND FIT FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES.

          If you still aren't sure as you've tried those weight loss programs before and haven't seen the results - i know where you are coming from. I've put money into books, videos, pills, shakes etc over the years, and i haven't seen the results either. 

          I have seen the results from Body by vi through several friends of mine in the Columbia Valley as well as myself.. It takes time to fully transform your body- so don't expect in a week that you are going drop a ton of weight- since everyone's bodies are different, we are all going to burn fat differently. Although you are replacing either your breakfast, or breakfast & lunch with a shake, we still need to eat healthy simple snacks and meals. 

          If you can work out great, the more you can get out for a walk, swim, or work out will increase your weight loss and you will reach your goal faster.  Drink plenty of water and get your rest. Body by vi is about transforming your life forever and maintaining it- not to drop quickly and then gain it all back.
